Mahoning Valley Structural Iron Workers Apprentice Openings
The Ironworkers Joint Apprenticeship Program is currently accepting applications for a class of Ironworkers.

Basic Qualifications:
- United States Citizen
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Physically capable of performing work of the trade
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & physical
- A non-refundable fee of $20.00 will be due on the testing date
Applicants must bring copies of the following:
- Transcript of high school grades
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Birth Certificate
An aptitude test and an agility test will be administered some time after an application has been submitted. Selection of apprentices under this program shall be made on the basis of qualification alone and all applicants will be afforded equal opportunity under these standards without regard to race, color, creed, sex, or national origin. This information is forwarded to you in compliance with the selection procedures of the training program, approved and registered by the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council.

Cleveland Applications are taken twice each year in August/September and Feb/March. Candidates fill out an application and return the required paperwork along with a copy of a valid driver's license and current physical. They will then take an aptitude test and are interviewed. The committee determines if they are accepted based on the results.
Local #24 Sheet Metal Workers JATC Apprenticeship Program (Columbus area)
The sheet metal workers in Columbus are seeking some qualified apprenticeship candidates. Applications are accepted every Tuesday and Thursday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Testing and interviews will take place quarterly. Apply soon!

Cleveland - The Cleveland Sheet Metal Workers program, covering Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties will be accepting applications on the 2nd Monday of each month. To apply you must be at least 17 years of age and bring a photo ID, High School Diploma or GED (with proof), and a $10 non-refundable cash application fee will be required.
