Coca-Cola Merchandiser – Elyria
Description:
Join our team! Our merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.
- Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage in assigned accounts.
- Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
- Maintains professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers.
- Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.

WANTO Project Manager - Cincinnati
Function: This position coordinates and manages all aspects of the Greater Cincinnati WANTO project to ensure that all the project consortium is working towards the regional goal of providing access, training, placemnt, support and retention of employment of women in nontraditional occupations such as construction, energy efficiency/weatherization, advanced manufacturing, and transportation
Supervised By: Education and Training Director of YWCA of Greater Cincinnati
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop overall grant execution plan including gap analysis, planning, and implementation
- Coordinate WANTO consortium meetings
- Provide leadership to consortium sub committee meetings
- Maintain structure of consortium and participation of members
- Recruit new partners/collaborators in order to broaden community base of support
- Assist in securing funding and implementation of new initiatives
- Utilize technical assistance to build local expertise and institutionalize expertise within the regional consortium structure and partners
- Assist in the development and achievement of program metrics/outcome measures
- Support local, regional and statewide policy/advocacy efforts
- Assist in the development of a post-grant sustainability plan
- Ensure all necessary reports are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all buildings and program areas are adequately, attractively, and safely maintained
- May be asked to carry staff responsibility for YWCA special events, committees, or other projects
- Other duties as needed or assigned

Commitment to the YWCA and its mission of the elimination of racism and empowerment of women.

RTA Security Technician
Duties:
Initiates, controls and monitors new construction, rehabilitation, and/or upgrade of contractor security systems; installs and services locks; installs, services and monitors C.C.T.V. systems; troubleshoots and repairs alarm systems; works in conjunction with the Safety, Technical Services, and Engineering & Construction (E&C) Departments to set security system specifications; performs other duties of a similar nature as may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must a high school diploma or its equivalent. Completion of technical school or post high school courses with completed coursework in basic electrical theory, principles of DC/AC circuits, digital systems, fire prevention and protection systems, physical security, legal considerations in security and security systems installation and maintenance. Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years work experience trouble shooting security systems equipment including familiarity with proper wiring, proper location of security systems, etc. This experience must also include working with electronic and mechanical tools and installing various types of combination locks.
Starting Salary Range: $32,826 - $43,494
